We have mixed class racing on Pittwater, Sydney, Australia where I live.
The multihull class regularly fronts 16-18 Cats and Tris in these races.
The Crowther Cat Quickstep also regularly creams the fleet, but the smaller tris tend to come in not far behind followed by the slower and bigger Cats.
The Lightspeed 32 sounds just the goods for this kind of racing.
Is it going to become available in AUS any time soon.? Very Interested.
